Stuffed Mushroom Caps (made with Farm Boy Spinach & Artichoke Cream Cheese Dip)

Two words. FARM BOY. This recipe was born from my obsession with Farm Boy. Haven’t heard of Farm Boy? I’m so sorry to hear that. Farm Boy is basically food heaven scattered around Ontario like a little delicious treasure hunt. Fresh produce, an amazing olive and salad bar, tasty cheeses and their pies…ohh their pies. My all time favourite though are their signature hummus and cream cheese dips. I will find any reason to pick up their Spinach and Artichoke Cream Cheese Dip. Cue. Stuffed mushroom caps.
