Fresh beets, creamy goat cheese and the aromatic taste of fresh chives. Simply delicious and simply healthy.
What you need:
- Fresh beet spirals (We use Veg-Pack – Harvest Fresh)
- Goat cheese with herbs
- Fresh chives
- Add water to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add beet spirals and cook until preferred. We like ours “al dente.”
- Strain beets.
- Add crumbled goat cheese and chopped chives.
- Finish it off with cracked pepper and sea salt.
